MEZARIX works to provide clear and reliable delivery information for every order.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, major promotions, high-volume periods, or when a product has a longer supplier handling time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time varies by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery information may be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. Many orders may arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. Tracking updates can sometimes take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Multiple packages
Because MEZARIX may work with more than one fulfillment partner, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping address
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has begun.
Delays or lost packages
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate.
International orders
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
